Visit West Point and Legoland in the Hudson Valley and the Corning Museum of Glass and see 35 centuries of glass and wind your way through the Finger Lakes, home to many award-winning wineries. Rochester is home to Kodak and Xerox, The Strong National Museum of Play and many festivals and events. Visit Ithaca, known for its many beautiful waterfalls, gorges and fantastic views overlooking Cayuga Lake. New York City
Known for its first-class museums, excellent food and unique atmosphere, there is always something new and exciting to discover in New York City. Fantastic shows, fabulous shopping opportunities, a great restaurant scene and first-class sporting events attract visitors from all over the world. Long Island*
Long Island offers beautiful beaches, fantastic vineyards, a great dining scene and stunning mansions. Taste your way through many different types of wine, as well as cheese and charcuterie boards and enjoy the breathtaking nature of the North Fork. Explore the famous Hamptons. In each of the small towns, you will find a charming Main Street with various boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries to explore. Take a break at one of the many beautiful beaches or visit a local brewery in Montauk and soak in the fantastic view from the Montauk Point Lighthouse of the Atlantic. Beauty and culture abound. Incredible fishing here and throughout the state!
Hudson Valley*
The Hudson Valley is known for its beautiful landscape, rich history, fantastic cultural experiences and many great attractions. Drive along the Hudson River and enjoy the breathtaking scenery from West Point, the oldest continuously occupied military post in the United States, which overlooks the Hudson River as it winds through the Hudson Highland. There are many fantastic things to do. Stop at America's Oldest Winery or visit the Thayer hotel and enjoy the beautiful view over the Hudson River and West Point. Experience the Walkway over the Hudson, which used to be a 19th century railroad bridge and was transformed into the longest, elevated pedestrian bridge in the world. Visit the Home and Library of Franklin D. Roosevelt National on the Springwood estate in Hyde Park or enjoy the award-winning restaurants and a memorable meal served by tomorrow's greatest chefs at the Culinary Institute of America. The Hudson Valley offers also many fantatsic distilleries. Try from a variety of craft whiskeys, rums and vodkas while enjoying the delicious food this area has to offer.
Corning Museum of Glass*
Located on the Southern part of the Finger Lakes region, a visit to the Corning Museum of Glass is a must. It is the world largest glass museum, where thousands of objects of glass are displayed. Browse 3500 years of glassmaking history in the collection galleries, then watch glass come to life during the live Hot Glass Demos and you even have the opportunity to create your own glass object. This is a truly unique experience!
Finger Lakes and Ithaca*
The Finger Lakes region is known for its natural beauty, scenic views, many wineries, vineyards and distilleries as well as beautiful lakes and waterfalls. Visit Watkins Glen State Park, Buttermilk Falls, Ithaca and the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Explore Seneca Falls, the Women's Rights National Historical Park or visit the New York Kitchen (Formerly NY Wine & Culinary Center) where you can learn about the 3rd largest wine producing region in the USA- Finger Lakes. Visit Destiny USA which is New York State's largest shopping center and the premier dining and entertainment destination for Syracuse and Central New York.
Rochester*
Rochester is located on Lake Ontario and offers many great activities and attractions, museums, festivals and events. Rochester is home to the George Eastman House (founder of KODAK), which holds unparalleled collections, encompassing several million objects- in the fields of photography, cinema and books. Explore the Strong National Museum of Play, which is a highly interactive, collection-based museum devoted to the history and exploration of play and offers the world's largest collection of toys and games. Nearby, you will also find beautiful, award-winning wineries, offering tastings daily.
Niagara Falls USA*
Niagara Falls USA is home to different arts and culture, outdoor adventures, beautiful nature, shopping and of course the majestic waterfalls. Go on a cruise along historic Erie Canal in Lockport where you can marvel at the genius invention of double locks that raise the sailing vessel 50 feet in just a matter of minutes. Take in the sights and sounds of the mighty Niagara Falls. Experience top attractions such as Cave of the Winds and let the rushing waters loom above you. Enjoy a ride on the Maid of the Mist, which features two new environmental friendly, zero-emission vessels, which will take you as close as possible to the amazing Niagara Falls. Visit the Niagara Adventure Theater, Aquarium of Niagara and Niagara Gorge Discovery Center.
